Even from afar, I 24/7 stay connected to what’s happening back home. But being here in Kyiv now is about being part of change, feeling the country breathe, and standing with my people, not just watching them from a screen 🫂

Today, together with @fopolab.bsky.social, we watched #20DaysinMariupol. It’s hard to comment on this film—it leaves you emotionally drained. Yet even after these images, we talked about what we did to prevent the war. And about what we & Europe still can do now. @msenn.bsky.social, many thanks!

Maksym Butkevych and I both studied at Ukrainian Humanities Lyceum. Because of this small but meaningful connection, I followed his time in russian captivity closely. It is a relief to have the chance to talk to him again—yet saddening that the conversation must revolve around such painful topics.

Just joined BlueSky, and I'm kicking off with my first solo publication (Jan 2025)!

It’s a presentation of my ongoing PhD project, "Politics of Memory as a Practice of Decolonization". Hope, two more are coming soon.
