I’ve no idea but I don’t think it’s unrelated that a lot of safety critical industries run on three 8hr shifts a day rather than the two 12hr days healthcare loves

Not just RA! The recovery staff look at me in horror when I tell them the patient who’s I-Gel I’ve removed before transfer, is wide awake and has sats of 98% doesn’t need a mask clamping on them
