Every winter Look North make some junior report do their piece from a bridge over the top of the M62 in the Pennines. Poor chap always looks frozen.

I’ll be honest - my engagement with social media has just nose dived. Deleted twitter but don’t find myself here as much yet.

Not just RA! The recovery staff look at me in horror when I tell them the patient who’s I-Gel I’ve removed before transfer, is wide awake and has sats of 98% doesn’t need a mask clamping on them
