Maybe Bible-thumper Speaker Johnson thinks Jesus will return in time to feed the millions of SNAP recipients who soon will otherwise have nothing to eat. Very Good Christian who he professes to be, he forgot about the parts where Jesus admonished us to care for the poor and welcome the stranger.
