Mr. Carney, we have to get Canada ready for every single threat imaginable. An ally tofay can turn into a foe! You and your team are way smarter than I am but diversification and some redundancy in key sectors is a must! We also need to start innovating and bring smart/talented people to Canada!

Any word the government does need to focus on at least a 10 year plan for Canada! Tarrifs war, feu p tantrums will pass. We need to focus on real issues right now and anticipate issues arising and make Canada formidable and powerful!

We should be but a busy clinician vs a podcast/Internet full of misinformation... This kind of conversation takes time and effort! It needs to be done but we also have to recognize the practicality of it. I really don't know if there is any good solution except ban misinformation.

If your main concern is that MMR causes autism, most screening tools will pick up and can get diagnosis by age 4. So past age 4, you can still get the vaccine!

Singular fever post procedure without signs and symptoms for me would be monitoring....if the patient is sick it is reasonable to get blood cultures at least.

Despite the Redbook, WHO and CR recommending it, the evidence is derived from low income countries...unsure benefits in high income countries where vitamin A deficiency may not exist...we need a study to confirm benefits for mortality and other outcomes in North America.
