100% completed Metroid Prime 4. I just can't even mad, the studio change and delays were an obvious red flag. I'm just really disappointed.

Maybe I'm just being cynical but all the cutscenes from Snake Eater Delta I've seen look outrageously stiff and honestly ugly. The PS2 original still looks gorgeous, but this release kind of makes me think of that Xenoblade HD texture pack with weird new models and lighting on top of the old MGS3.

Maybe I'm just being cynical but all the cutscenes from Snake Eater Delta I've seen look outrageously stiff and honestly ugly. The PS2 original still looks gorgeous, but this release kind of makes me think of that Xenoblade HD texture pack with weird new models and lighting on top of the old MGS3.

Now that it's over, I feel like GQuuuuuuX was incredible, but very weird. It's hard to describe and I don't know if it works at all outside of a deconstruction of the original Gundam trilogy, but with that context and it being a kind of overall Gainax'd Gundam it was a lot of fun.

Finally got around to finishing the main story in Clair Obscur. That's not even game of the year, it's game of the generation and it's not even close. What a fantastic experience.

I cannot even comprehend the insane direction GQuuuuuux has turned. It felt like six episodes of an entirely different series before ironically becoming full Gainax, and I absolutely love it.

I'm so happy Bloober is doing SH1, I felt that game would benefit the most from a remake and I'm extremely excited to see what they cook up with it.

Nearing the end of Rebirth (I guess!) and I just have to wonder how much Part 3 (Return?) will focus on Wutai. At this point they're building it up to most of the story will be the end of the ceasefire, it's wild.

As good as the Dragon Quest HD2D remake was I'm very interested in Chrono Trigger, but I'd also really appreciate if Square patched the stuttering in the PC port first. It'd be basically perfect if not for that.

Played Final Fantasy VI for the first time in 15 years. Still deserves its spot as one of the series best. I just wanna know...why does everyone say Kefka wins? He makes the world crappy for a year and it's rebuilt after he's dead. Kefka didn't win shit.

I understand why people are a little miffed at the end of Xenoblade X, especially if you spent a lot of time with the original. But considering the lore added with Future Redeemed and XDE, there are so many possibilities for the future that I'm just excited to see what's next.
