If I haven't used alt text it's because I don't have the spoons, please don't shout at me about it as it could make me crash.
True. It's basically a death threat though since you need such expensive medication to survive and live in a country where access to medicine is tied to employment.

Oh good. I can't find the post I saw anymore - hopefully some randomer is getting the emails and wondering who the hell Sara Anne is.

Did you see they're trying to get you fired? It would be a good idea to talk to your boss so they know what's going on from your point of view before they get inundated with accusations of racism and God knows what else.

I'm getting seriously fed up with all of the bitching about you on Twitter. I can't imagine how you feel about it all. Are things a bit calmer over here?
December 30, 2024 at 3:14 PM
Who are you having that tested by?
November 19, 2024 at 2:34 PM
Adrenaline makes me feel instantly awful - keeps me out of Twitter arguments.

Ooh. Combine this with my diabetes insipidus and I could absolutely ruin Rishi Sunak's life by having him wet himself every 15 minutes.

Threads is banned in the EU, what makes Twitter different?

Maybe the compost from the petunias had a seed in it. They take a couple of years to flower from seed in the UK but can flower in the first year in hotter countries.
October 11, 2023 at 10:22 AM
Definitely an Iris. They don't always flower every year so if you've only been there a few years it might have been there looking like something boring.

Same, it's the only star trek I can get my husband to watch with me.
October 11, 2023 at 4:26 AM
I'm not a fan of people being able to block you and delete your reply - leaves all sorts of decapitated threads like this.

They probably meant CBT-I which is extreme sleep hygiene with a big sprinkling of extra sleep deprivation. It would definitely make my insomnia worse.
October 5, 2023 at 11:42 AM
I feel like it would trigger a migraine aura if I look at it too long.
October 5, 2023 at 11:00 AM
Who are we talking about?
October 5, 2023 at 9:07 AM
Had a couple of hours of no sound and light sensitivity or headache and then had a worse aura and am now having an even worse headache. Yay.
October 4, 2023 at 6:28 PM
Yay, my cat ate her chew treat, threw it and some other stuff up and then carefully ate all the bits of chew again.

My husband's didn't either - I think his problem was that his version of android is too old.
October 4, 2023 at 5:07 PM
That's exactly what happened to pretty much everyone in the UK when we had it a few months ago.
October 4, 2023 at 4:08 PM
I think for most people it just doesn't occur to them that not everyone is capable of doing it but some people definitely use it as a socially acceptable form of bullying.
October 4, 2023 at 12:14 PM
Same with Mastodon. It just doesn't feel friendly if you aren't able to write a good image description. I've only seen alt text bullying on Twitter once and it felt much easier to tell them to shove off.

Elon Musk takes ketamine and he's pretty fascist.

I came across it earlier when trying to figure out if the NHS would actually do anything for me. You've probably seen it but I thought I should mention it just in case as it sounds like it's for patients exactly like you.

I can't do NSAIDs because of reflux so my options are paracetamol or paracetamol with codeine. Paracetamol and strong coffee seems to have taken the edge off today.
