I’m so jealous you can freeze dry! I know the investment is worth it but holy smokes. I have chickens and I would love to be able to freeze dry eggs. One day 🤞🏼 as an avid sage user, put some in cornbread if you’re into that sort of thing.

We are on 1/4th suburban acre here. Chickens, gardens. Love some edible landscaping!

I’ve been tearing thru Kristin Hannah’s body of work, I’ve read four of hers so far, high praise. I just got the great alone from Libby and I can’t wait to read it. Just finished the nightingale, it was wonderful.
