It won’t let me post the link, but there is a TED talk on the book “The Good Life” written by two of the researchers. Phenomenal research and data. It should be taught in colleges everywhere.

I can’t recommend this book enough. It’s hardcover, as well as Audible, reflecting on over 80 years of research following 3000 people, about what makes for a good life and happiness. Harvard graduates were one cohort, and the other was people living in the Boston area. Invaluable wisdom in one book.
