Can't get past the paywall for this but I'm assuming that "acting their age" will be the same old stuff which generally involves stopping doing the things we enjoyed our entire life and taking up knitting and other such things.

I like how my back is looking at the moment but failing to take anything close to a half decent photo!
It's never too late to build muscle, even if like me you have lousy genetics for it. A combo of hsd being 51 and surgical meno certainly don't make it easy.
Anyway here's to old lady gains!!
