I haven't even used blender myself but Ive printed a lot of free things off of thingiverse but I'm certain Blender was used to make most of those so I donated to make sure that can keep happening.

It's so infuriating to see people be like "I got this job and I have no idea how to make this work" and we can come up with multiple options immediately.

But for pets you had better get them vaccinated and keep up with the schedule. A human can tell if they have been bitten by an animal and would need to go get treated. A dog or cat can't tell you a bat nipped them.

It's fatality rate is 100%. I think there has been like 1 case ever of someone surviving it and that was a fluke that doctors don't understand how it happened.
There is no known cure but there is a vaccine and the disease moves slowly enough that you can take the vaccine after being exposed.

I'm tempted to go to a target, walk around until I get this interaction a few times and then go to ask for a manager. Tell them the constant prying into my personal life is unwelcome and that is why I'm leaving, then leave.

Honestly this would be an even stronger incentive to keep me from going there than removing the DEI initiatives. I don't want to be bothered when I'm shopping, if I need help I'll ask, otherwise I want to be left in peace.

Generally the people I'm being introduced to are in a creative field so I don't get that much.
When it's not I say that I'm a scenic artist which basically always engenders enough curiosity that they ask what that is and I get to tell them that I make museum displays and stuff for theme parks.

I do not like living in cities. I have been to NY, LA, Atlanta, Boston, Philly... I live in Chicago and I have no plans to leave. I don't like being in cities but I like Chicago.
