Currently sailing around the world and avoiding the shitshow that is Trump's regime.
It won't help, will it? These guys are predisposed to their way of thinking and won't be swayed, oral or paper arguments. These guys don't care about logic, precedence, or anything if it doesn't fit their narrative.

Seems like release Epstein files is a waste. Its cool to keep pressure on them, but with Senate never taking it up, President pocket vetoing it, and if somehow that didn't happen, the DOJ now claiming they can't because its an active investigation and all the lawsuits to follow, its over. now what?

Of course she will stay a member of the FL bar when this is all over. She was already referred to the bar and the FL bar refused to even get involved.

not sure honestly. It needs a true veto proof support in House and Senate to really do anything, then he'll just refuse to release it anyways and make them sue him. He sure is guilty though, it's insane.

just did the research on this, its all noise. This is a bill that would compel the DOJ and other agencies to release the files. It would have to pass the House (it seems likely), then pass the Senate, then the President would have to sign it into law. That's not happening.

great, that way if trump gets to Boebert or someone else, it doesn't matter.
November 12, 2025 at 8:29 PM
did he sign it before or is he a new one that would put it at 219?
November 12, 2025 at 8:22 PM
I'm sure he will.

Add it to the list; not sure what the penalty is, but add it to the list for prosecutions once this regime is over, oversight starts after midterms. If she wants to be helpful, ensuring local law enforcement is arresting criminal fed agents is better use of time.

I could pass it without going to law school. Lawyers aren’t gods that hold knowledge over the rest of us, and if they were, more would be trillionaire like tech. It’s a unique & valuable skill, but not some uber hidden trade, and if we do it right, in a democracy knows some level of law.

Calm down, he can’t pardon state crimes

Have to do it the right way and flood the market with housing.
November 8, 2025 at 9:24 PM
I researched it and deleted it, its not a smart idea. the month price hardly goes down, you have way more interest, and you're just continuing to artificially inflate house prices. Not a smart idea.
November 8, 2025 at 9:20 PM
That’s correct, but it would have let the payments go through in the meantime

If the appeals court wanted to issue a stay, they would have. She could have declined to get involved. She didn’t have to refer it to the full court either.
November 8, 2025 at 3:39 AM
Not really, they can issue their ruling and Trump can run right back to Supreme Court. Just delays the inevitable. Her avoiding this would have mandated Trump regime issue the payments. Huge misstep while people suffer.
