National lab scientist studying cancer drug resistance through machine learning techniques centered around integration of mass spec (e.g. #proteomics technologies). Recreational skier/climber exploring the Pacific Northwest. Views my own.⛷️🧗🏼👩🏼‍🔬
Carrying on our well established tradition of interdisciplinary team science at the #AI Jam Hackathon here at #PNNLSeattle . I’m excited to see what these teams come up with @energygov.bsky.social

Just landed in Cambridge, MA for the @asbmb.bsky.social meeting on #proteomics and found my coworkers at #PNNL. Come find us to talk about how we’re using proteomics in biological research!

Talk about a gut punch. After hearing that the DoD CDMRP is cancelling the Neurofibromatosis Research Program, I go to the website for confirmation only to find an NF1 finding at the very top of the 'latest news'. This will be a hit to NF1 and rare cancer research for decades to come.

Wrapping up a whirlwind of tweeting about #sacb2025 over st @cancersysbio.bsky.social but I wanted to post a pic of our PNNL postdoc Belinda Garana at her amazing poster describing the proteomics of sorted aml tumor cells!

I told my colleague how I went to a #Saggitarius birthday party because we're the "forgotten birthdays" that fall between thanskgiving and christmas. Now I can overhear him telling a colleague about us and I'm' feeling quite remembered! Here's a photo of us because we look so darn cute.

Apropos of nothing, here’s a pic of my dog waking up my son, who has decided to embrace the holiday spirit by wearing a Santa hat to sleep.

So the login button on the left fails. However, I saw another login button on the top right. I clicked that, and my password manager remembered my ERA password and it worked! However, now I'm both loged in AND need to log in. 3/n

I click on the log in page, and I need to log in via ERA commons. However, ERA commons wants me to log in via login.gov and will not let me log in! 2/n

People who have worked with me know how seriously I take #openscience and #fairsharing of data. Today I went to dbgap.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov to request access for patient-derived data (unidentifiable, but that's another gripe). This is the page I get. I need to log in. 1/n
