The first week was going to be the hardest to stick to it with it being the first full week of work after a massive holiday break.
Proud to say I stuck with it! Almost 7 miles on the treadmill on top of 6 solid workouts and proper nutrition tracking.

Anyone else’s dog chew a hole in the door because their anxiety is so bad they need to be able to see you when you’re trying to workout in peace? Just mine? 😂

We finally rearranged the house! Turned the old game room into the new gym room/practice putting room (although I have to stand in the next room lol)
Also made our own “silencer” since one was $10 and this was $7 for a four pack of pipe insulators lol
