Life has been feeling very overwhelming lately.... So on Sunday I took a hike with my dog. The two of us hiked 6 miles, looked down at the land from such heights. It was the quiet I needed.

This is oneof my favorite local hikes, and this day was a perfect fall day. We spent a couple hours playing in the waterfall and hopping rocks.
