I love this since I just signed the waiver that I would pay $500 if my kid destroys the Chromebook which is highly likely since the school just discovered that the protective bags are not compliant with the clear bag policy so the devices have a 50/50 shot of surviving each day 🤷🏻♀️

Are there people buying this? Didn’t we all grow up watching legal dramas and understand due process? They are still making documentaries about OJ’s trial FFS. Law & Order is STILL on. Seems like this is not some concept that is out of the mainstream.

Even if the new system already existed , migrating that much data and also user training would take months alone.

Audiobooks are my greatest parenting hack. My kid started listening to stuff she likes and she feels like she’s playing on her tablet but she’s actually playing with other toys or making crafts while listening. She does read actual books also but she loves audiobooks.

I had to put my mother in a home a few years ago since it became very unsafe for her at home and I had a full time job and a toddler at the time so I had no choice. She went downhill quickly. She couldn’t remember my name but would ask about “the house” constantly. Bleak days.
