Excellent find!

Cheating devices are not allowed except to obtain previously-expired event items (i.e. getting to Birth Island for Deoxys), but manipulation of RNG is okay in the case of Colosseum, since its broken Shiny mechanics make hunting in it BS.

My plan is to start with XD and FRLG, resetting to get Squirtle first and trade it to another game, then reset for Bulbasaur in LeafGreen and Charmander in FireRed. Treecko will be in Emerald, Torchic in Ruby, and Mudkip in Sapphire. Rayquaza *must* be caught in a Luxury Ball.
