If you can, find their website host (Though most use cloudflare) and report to their abuse. And if they use cloudflare (as most scammers do) report to THEM as well.

Track into the link, find the domain, do a whois lookup on it, find the registrar and file an abuse complaint. Registrars don't fuck around and the domain name is deleted. Costing the scammer money.
