Tariffs weren't to bring back manufacturing to the US. It was never intended to put money back in peoples pockets. It wasn't to reset trade.
It has always been a back door deal tool to direct funds $$$ to Trump and his family. The Tariffs are being used as leverage to enrich the Trump crime family💸
