Land of opportunity huh? FHA removed eligibility for non permanent residents. Meaning someone here legally on a work visa can no longer qualify to buy a home. This isn’t just Hispanics. I’ve done loans for people from all over the world recently. It’s a large part of my business. It’ll hurt many.

My family members are federal employees. The media is selling sunshine and roses. Of them there are staunch Dems and equally staunch Reps. They’re all pissed. All see this as installation of loyalists getting rid of senior employees less likely to bend rules. They won’t resign.

I hate that my uncle a 9/11 hero is still fighting every cancer you can think of, and he’s got to keep fighting the government to get them to keep paying for his 9/11 related cancer treatments. He’s lost one eye. Looking like both now. Eff cancer!
