I don't understand why somebody doesn't just import some epipens and sell them for (say) $150. They'd clean up. What am I missing?

Wow I just checked it's £61 (cost to NHS) pharmacies sell them for £75-£80 privately. The US healthcare system is frightening.

Firstly, juries don't sentence. Second, that sentence was 100% within sentencing guidelines for that category of sexual assault.
