4 weeks post gestational diabetes diagnosis & lost 10lbs, my EDPS score went from 12 to 20 & my GAD-7 is 19. But hey, only 21 more weeks to go right?!
Already on Wellbutrin & if CBT worked, I wouldn’t be having a problem so it’s not like they can actually help me anyway 🤷🏻♀️

4 weeks post gestational diabetes diagnosis & lost 10lbs, my EDPS score went from 12 to 20 & my GAD-7 is 19. But hey, only 21 more weeks to go right?!

Unintentionally down 10lbs since 12/10. Having a high risk pregnancy with a toddler at home sucks but at least I only have 24 weeks to go! 🙃

I can’t really find anything that isn’t related to insulin use outside “avoid ketosis”, but why?

I’m only a few days in and I’m already sick of checking my blood sugar 4x day. My OB better hurry up on that CGM because I do not want to do another 26 weeks of this. Can’t believe I failed by ONE POINT AGAIN

This pregnancy better not give me #preeclampsia again because I will throw hands if they try to put me on a mag drip during my delivery. Yes I’m a PharmD & I know the guidelines & why but no. Miss me with that NNT=63 & NNH=6 to halve the risk for the <1% of preeclampsia pts who will have seizures

1000% switching OB practices when my insurance rolls over in Jan. Asked what my high risk prenatal care would be like & basically the same, more monitoring in the 3rd trimester & then we can schedule a c-section @ 39 weeks. Didn’t ask if I wanted another c-section or TOLAC or anything. Major ICK!

As a cisgender woman with a toddler, I feel safer with a transgender woman in the bathroom with us than I do with someone who supports a rapist/pedo/felon being president 🤷🏻♀️

Since I had GDM in my first pregnancy, I think I’m just going to ask the OB to schedule me for the 3 hour glucose test and not even bother with the 1 hour. I know there’s a 40-ish% recurrence rate but I’m not good at beating the odds ever and I’ll be damned if I have to drink that nasty shit twice.
