Today I welcomed Sherbet into the Glitter of Unicorns from @saltyseadogdesigns.bsky.social
My first unicorn was the big bowl with no hair up front from 2019 & I've loved watching (and collecting) the variations they've made over the years. Sherbet is the perfect new addition to the family.

This week Timothy the sheep & Quakes the zebra joined Biscuits the unicorn in my @saltyseadogdesigns.bsky.social collection. Everything they make is so cute & the details are fantastic. I'd been trying to only buy their unicorn pieces but I finally decided I needed to adopt these too as well 🤭😁

I finished my Speckled Space Socks yesterday! I love this yarn from @sisterananseyarn.bsky.social The purple is a perfect 1999 tribute! I think these are my 5th pair of purple socks 🤭 The sock pattern is beautiful & looks great with the yarn.

A few more of the fun details from the Parkland library renovation & the book I checked out. I'm so excited my spouse gets to work here. He's had the privilege to go from one historic library branch to another, which I think is super cool.

I got to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Parkland library today. It's one of 5 Carnegie libraries still in operation in Louisville. It's been closed since 1986 & reopened today after a significant renovation/expansion & a passionate campaign from the neighborhood.

Happy Birthday to me! It's my 47th trip around the sun & my 10th year of selfies to watch my hair turn grey. 😆 I think I'm still pretty cute!
My 7yo niece made me the cutest card of rainbows & paper quilts & self portraits of her, then had a bunch of her school friends sign it. What a sweetheart!

Hondo Ohnaka, my favorite Star Wars pirate special guest star, came home with Aaron yesterday! I love how he always rolls with the flow, while still scheming to maximize his benefits in any situation, of course.
