Yes because it's wet and also the lighting. It does have a gray (gradient) body, black head and tail, and yellow bottom 🙈

Yep! (cc @geoffgraham.me) Geoff wrote this post as a high-level overview of the amount of effort you need to put and all the states you need to manage if you don't use the native button. The course chapter goes into technical details (e.g. aria-disabled), and there's a whole chapter on WHCM 😌

It's actually the name of the species, not specifically persian as far as I know. The species is called "white-spectacles bulbul" and in arabic we also say "bulbul" to someone with a nice voice (i think also for someone who speaks a language fluently is called bulbul).

They also do have a cage that they sleep in and often like to sit inside (with the door open).

Yep, pretty much. 😅 FWIW all windows and doors usually have "window screens" so depending on the house it's not as stressful as it suddenly sounds 😅

The wild ones never came. They'd come with them close to the house but never inside. ☺️
