Healthcare and education are not money-making ventures. They are services we all need to keep our society healthy and educated. Sure, it's fun to build new tech gadgets or throw a ball well, but why are those multi-million dollar jobs but nursing and teaching aren't? How did we get it so backward?

My cat DG, who did not like sharing her house with a new kitten in 2018, went out for a walk and never came back. We assumed the coyotes finally got her. Well, she just turned up at our vet's office. This fricken cat, strong and independent and sitting comfy on someone else's couch. Such a cat move!
