Everyone who needs DEI earned their position through hard work. DEI is not for unqualified people. It’s for people who are overlooked despite their qualifications because the bigots doing the hiring are racist, sexist, ableist, etc.

We shouldn’t fall for the lie that DEI is a bad thing. It’s not.
