I just bought all three so I can listen to the previous books before reading book 4.

I preordered this and it was a happy surprise to see it show up on my Kindle.

I was an idiot and missed it. It was all me, not the writing - I had even just finished reading Megan Derr's High Court series where every other character is trans and it still didn't occur to me.

I love this book! There's a sequel too - His Secret Incantations.

I just finished this today! Great review! I'm looking forward to reading the sequel but need to finish a couple library books first.
