Got to climb up to the top of the Manitoba Legislature today. I'm sorry the Golden Boy is unintentionally censored! I was perched somewhat precariously, it was windy af, and I was a bit worried about dropping my phone from atop the dome.

Well, it took two days to make all the components, but it was worth it. People even thought the tofu ricotta was real ricotta until I told them the lasagna was actually vegan.
