The decades of right wing media has a lot of responsibility for that soil.

Also tariffs are not the way to bring manufacturing to America anyway.

That bringing back manufacturing to the US is presented as a way to increase wages but it won’t. Americans would have to be willing to make way less than minimum wage to make the goods cheap enough.

Fascism needs to always be escalating to work. The purpose is to distract the public with bread and circuses so the powerful can extract wealth and exploit people. It is an inherently incoherent ideology because the only real point is more wealth for the powerful.

The difference is that they pay taxes and get services in return. We pay taxes and the billionaires and corporations get all of our money and we get nothing but exploited in return.

The root problem is the US Constitution. It was written before people really knew how modern democracy would work best and has a lot of issues.

I have no fire cuz I think we need to let them have at it. Let Trump and MAGA do whatever. If Americans aren’t going to listen to warnings, then they need to feel how much the crazy hurts. America is addicted to propaganda and political theatre. Some addicts have to reach rock bottom to learn.

Are you kidding? Trump can’t remember what he said he was going to do yesterday. He has the memory and attention span of a gnat. He won’t remember this in 2 years.

It’s the old “bad things can’t really happen here and they certainly can’t happen to me or the people I know personally.”

When men are aggressive, they are seen as leaders who get things done. When women show the same traits, they are seen as bitches who are not team players. When men are compassionate, they are seen by many as weak pussies who should man up. Male traits are more valued by society than feminine ones.

Modeling is not the fashion industry. The fashion industry is the designing of clothes. Modeling is its own thing.
