I mostly roast them with bacon and garlic or add lemon and romano cheese, but this salad is great and doesn’t really taste like Brussels sprouts I think!

I canvassed there in 2024 and his neighbor had the biggest Kamala sign on her fence I have ever seen. I saw a homemade sign that said something about voting for Kamala even though that meant they’d be stuck with him. They hated him SO MUCH.

Del Ray in Alexandria, VA is super dark blue and has the most over-the-top Halloween decorations you could imagine at nearly every house. They have a neighborhood theme each year! And tons of Christmas stuff especially inflatables, and plenty of “tacky”/kitschy art. This guy can fuck off.

The thing to imitate about Mamdani’s campaign is the connections he has been able to make with the community, his strong beliefs, and his commitment to helping NYC. And his charisma/public speaking ability, but that is a little tougher.
