This is a great feature. Two of my daughters hit puberty and immediately got migraines - as did many of their friends. One of them get sall the symptom -- aura, fatgire, brain fog, numbness/tingling and even slurred speech, followed by vomiting & headache.

This is a great feature. I have 2 daughters who hit puberty and immediately got migraines. One gets all of the symptoms - aura, fatigue, brain fog, numbness/tingling and even slurred speech, before the vomiting and headache starts.
