Some parts of us are meant to be held, not explained.
We all want to stay positive, but when optimism becomes an obligation, it can quietly turn against us. Toxic positivity pressures us to smile through pain and call it strength, affecting our mental health. We can replace it with emotional honesty and compassion. #toxicpositivity #mentalhealth
