I planned to take PTO and couldn’t and boy did I not sleep this week but at least I finished today and wasn’t spoiled. The FEELINGS, we are all verklempt.

I’m so sorry to hear that! I have POTS as well as suspected CFS and I find many overlap and swear by hydration with salts to balance out. It works better for some than others. This is the easiest low energy way I could supplement it.

In case this helps- I like hydration packets from Skratch labs because they are real sugar (not fake) but also light on flavor and sweetness. Many use liquid IV also.
