Hi y'all—I've been quiet because I've been dealing with a breast cancer diagnosis. Last week I had a mastectomy; as many of you know, I'm BRCA1+ and had been thinking about this for a while.

I'm recovering well upon my pillow throne, and I’m glad to have access to the care I need.
