INTRODUCTION:

Our communities are being terrorized, and the state is filing to protect us from coordinated federal violence.

• End all Intergovernmental Service Agreements with ICE or DHS.
ESTABLISH A STATEWIDE SANCTUARY AND DEFENSE FUND:
Expand funding for legal defense and mutual aid for those targeted by ICE, especially when detained without due process.
FINAL MESSAGE:
This isn't just about Worcester - it's about every city and town where
ICE terrorizes our neighbors. The state must choose: Stand with the people, or stand aside while they are taken.
