We usually do the “millennial bunny-with-a-bow-tie” cake for Easter but decided to do 2 layers w/ strawberry jam. Didn’t have enough same size round pans, went to 2 stores at midnight the night before, none in stock, got squares instead, ended up making a Minecraft bunny instead. Was a hit. 10/10.

Homemade sausage and cheese ravioli with a creamy tomato basil sauce. The kids had so much fun helping make it and it’s DELICIOUS!

Korean bbq beef, jasmine rice, cucumbers, avocado, kewpie, dark roasted sesame dressing, pickled sweet onions, furikake, green onions. The kids made their bowls look pretty too and insisted I take a photo of ours together. So obviously I’m gonna do that. They wanted to “make it look like moms.” 🥹🥰

Since I gave Meta the boot a while back, I don’t have anywhere to share the meals I’m proud of anymore. 😤😂 So to the 2 of you that may see this, enjoy tonight’s Guinness Beef Stew and Colcannon. 🤤☘️

Had my husband try and kick an empty 1 gal. water bottle through the cat hole at the bottom of our bedroom door. (I did this earlier. It fit so perfectly. VERY enjoyable.) Forgot I had speech to text on as I told him to do it.

I don’t eat breakfast as often as I should but I decided to make myself something special this morning. Omelet with bacon, tomato, spinach, onion, cracked black pepper and colby jack cheese on a lightly buttered slice of cracked wheat toast topped with some slices of avocado. One of my favorites. 🤤

Made some hibachi style ginger sauce and this glass milk bottle is the only thing big enough that I had to store it in. The 15 year old said it looked like diarrhea milk. 🤢🙄. Thanks, kid.

(She loved it though.) 😂
