Comfort and love to you. I have been on this journey for decades, myself. The only other non-medicinal treatment that helped was regular massage therapy. That's what got me off Zomig.

Cold shower, as cold as you can tolerate for at least a minute. Then drink warm tea or coffee after. Since migraines have a strong circulatory system connection, this can work to reset it.

She said she is instilling in her child the importance of voting. That is literally teaching civics, and normalizing using her voice, her vote. Kudos to mom.

Are you kidding? Teaching civics is not "an issue." It's obscene that you'd categorize this as using a child. Absolutely absurd.

I'm really not sure how standing up for their friends in a non-violent manner (protesting) is relevant to a beauty pageant. That's a strange leap, imo.

Dear parents: If your age appropriate kids feel strongly that they want to use their voice to stand up for their friends, it is your duty to show them how to do so safely.

Absolutely none; you're correct. It's even a tenet for community trust within law enforcement. It's definitely against the norms to conceal identity unless there's deep undercover embedment. ICE ain't it.

Pro tip: Starting a comment with demeaning phrasing sets the tone. Whatever follows is read through that lens and even if there's validity in the message, it's almost impossible to convey once you've already insulted the reader.
