Carney needs to speak with a Psychiatrist & learn what a psychopath is capable of. trump is evil, we must be very clear about who he is.

The only clear thing here is that he's trying to walk the tightrope.
Support EU, NATO, and the rule of law on an international scale but keep doors open to negotiate trade with the US which is still vital to the Canadian economy.
I don't envy him the job.
