MY ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED????? AND I WAS NEVER TOLD?????? WTF REGIONS, NO EMAIL OR LETTER OR ANYTHING?????? WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YALL

i checked my entire email history of all my email accounts, NO mention of suspension

i think they straight up nuked my bank account out of NOWHERE. no letters, no emails, no notifs, NOTHING. when attempting to send me money, regions says he cant due to a "security issue". god fucking dammit, i leave my account alone for like a month AND ITS GONE.

dont worry we did just have an outage, but it managed to hide the fact that they never automatically took the bill from her account -_-. at the same time made it much harder to notice both issues at once
