I stopped and took this picture of van parked in middle of piney branch bike and walking/running trail under 16th street bridge on way home from biking kiddos to school. Community believes it is likely a van left post ICE activity which has been frequently occurring in this area.

New CBER Director Vinay Prasad has let his medical board certifications lapse. Not sure if there is much significance to this if he hasn't been practicing medicine. Lasped is a non-disciplinary loss of certification. But if anyone has any thoughts, let me know.....

The secret to enjoying the cherry blossoms in DC is to realize there are plenty of beautiful trees throughout the city away from the crowds. Thankful for these on my walk back from daycare drop off.
