Back from a trip to a huge strawberry crop - just picked 1.25 kilos, half perfect for eating, the rest (variously misshapen, slightly nibbled and heading towards overripe) prepped for… ice cream? sorbet? compote? 🍓🍓🍓🍓

My MA students have been a real joy to teach this year, one of the bright spots in a very difficult year personally for me, and today at my last class with them one of the students gave me these beautiful flowers 🥲
