Have you read the allegations on him? It actually looks like he was drugged by the woman whose kids were downstairs. A person said they saw him completely intoxicated (couldn’t consent) while she seemed fine. 🤔

Because it is now a medical malpractice suit, and not a criminal suit. As Amber Thurman’s family has also stated, it wasn’t an issue with the law, it was an issue of poor medical care.
