Spent the afternoon with Year 10 and 11 at UTC Warrington for Parliament Week.

Sharp questions on migration, homelessness, online safety and what life in Parliament is actually like.

UTC gives young people real skills and real routes into good jobs.

Started my week at Bewsey Lodge Primary before heading to Westminster. Year 5 and 6 asked brilliant questions about being an MP, how I got started, and issues like plastic pollution and flooding. I’m back in Warrington tomorrow and will be visiting more schools across the constituency.

Many BN(O) families in Warrington are worried about sudden rule changes. They’ve contributed so much to our town. My ask in Parliament was simple: keep the pathway stable and honour the commitments already made.

Spent today looking through all the Christmas card entries from schools across Warrington South. The talent is brilliant.

Can't wait to share the winner in early December.

Thank you to all the child who entered.

Rogue builders are ruining lives and the system still isn’t stopping them.

I raised this in Parliament because too many families in Warrington South are left with chaos they didn’t cause even when they do everything right.

We need clearer rules and real enforcement.

Each November, our town comes together to remember.

The bravery of those who never came home, the strength of those who did, and the gratitude of all of us who owe them more than words can ever express.

Your memory lives on. We will remember you.

Bonfire night at Thelwall Parish Hall after tea at the Little Manor.

The kids loved it. Fireworks, cold air, muddy boots.
Nice to see so many families out for an organised display.

Simple, safe, and very Warrington South. 🎆

In Parliament today I raised autism assessment delays. Waits are now around 200 days longer than a year ago.

Families are doing everything right, but the system isn’t working.

I’ve asked for a meeting with ministers to get this fixed. Strong foundations start with health and care that work.

🧼💻 From Persil to pixels, Warrington’s next industrial revolution is already taking shape.

Platform is transforming the old Unilever site into a data centre powering the UK’s AI revolution, creating skilled jobs and keeping opportunity local.

As the leaves turn and the weather shifts into autumn 🍂, Grappenhall Village looks as beautiful as ever.

This week’s surgery was held here in the village. I hold surgeries every week across the constituency, so there’s always an opportunity to sit down together.

Raised a glass at 4T’s Brewery in Latchford to mark 50 years of North Cheshire CAMRA 🍻

From John's garage in 2010 to a brewery sending Warrington’s ale across the country it’s a story of local passion and pride.

What’s your favourite local pub or brewery, and why does it matter to you?

Hundreds of people came through the doors of the Cheshire Police Museum yesterday.

I spent the day with volunteers, cadets, and serving and former officers, and loved seeing families get stuck in, from trying on uniforms to exploring the old cells.

More than 200 MPs.
Across party lines.
All calling for justice and recognition.

I’m proud to have signed this letter urging the the PM, FS and UK Gov to recognise the State of Palestine.

Recognition isn’t the end of the struggle but it’s a vital step toward a just peace.

Earlier this week I met with UKSOBS, a charity supporting those bereaved by suicide including people here in Warrington South.

Grief like this can be isolating, their work creates space for healing.

💛 Thank you for everything they do.

Opened the new play area at Penketh Primary yesterday with Mayor of Warrington Cllr Mo Hussain, Cllr Eunice Peters & the school community 🎉

It was all smiles as the kids tried it out for the first time, fun and full of energy.

What did your school playtimes look like?

Today, I asked my first PMQ on an important issue for constituents here in Warrington South.

Together with the local NHS trust I have recently submitted a proposal for a new Urgent Treatment Centre and outpatients facility.

This morning I visited the Royal Mail Super Hub at Omega. Handling upwards of 30,000 parcels an hour it was amazing to see thousands of Christmas presents travelling through Warrington to every corner of the country.

Dropped in to St WIlfrid's Christmas Fayre this afternoon where I picked up some gifts (and maybe one or two things for myself🤫)

We have some brilliant local crafters and designers here in Warrington South

This afternoon I popped down to the Bread and Butter Thing at Westy Community Centre to see the transformational work low-cost food projects such as this do to support our communities.

A huge thank you to everyone who volunteers across Warrington, making a difference to so many people's lives.
