This was my reaction when I read this. Thank you for perfectly articulating the stupidity of this. It will adversely affect those much smaller businesses who produce vegan/vegetarian options, as they will have to re-brand/re-package/re-design PR. This was detailed on french TV (France 2, I think)

It’s so disgusting. Friends visiting Cornwall recently, said the coastal waters are unsafe to swim in because of raw sewage. When I lived there, EU legislation ensured much cleaner coastal waters & encouraged so much wildlife

Judging from government actions, I think that you are spot on. If only more people had voted for the progressive manifesto of Labour back in 2019. We would have had a leader who wanted to give more power to the people, break with corporate lobbyists, & tax the wealthy, instead of pandering to them

Yes! Paris also smells a lot better. You used to be able to smell petrol/diesel fumes all the time. It would give me a headache. Now, with electric buses, lots of cycling lanes, & reduced car numbers, it’s much more enjoyable to wander the streets on foot 💙🤍❤️
