What a great workshop with wonderful papers and people! And Flensburg is so pretty and picturesque that I was sad to leave - I guess I'll have to come back on my way to Denmark sometime!

Finally made it to Flensburg! Today's DB experience included taking the train an hour earlier than planned only to arrive an hour later than planned. And the Denmark adventure has been postponed.

Even though I'm, of course, professionally interested in borders towns, that doesn't sound very tempting! And who knows what kind of DB adventure happens on my way back? Maybe I'll have time to walk along that lovely Fjord!

Apparently, thanks to Deutsche Bahn my day now includes a brief stay in Hamburg as well as a detour via Denmark (I've never been to Denkmark before!). Any sightseeing advice?
