On the way to Boston pride/ nokings today. It was cold and rainy and wet. I think the shoes were part of the highlight of the day in addition to the tens of thousands of people who showed up!

No Mow May? How about mow around May? I have a dog. I don't want my dog to get fleas and ticks so I mow. But I've mowed around these and I'm looking forward to seeing what they look like when they bloom..

I just won the Golf Club Championship, probably my last, at Trump International Golf Club, in Palm Beach County, FL. Such a great honor! The Awards dinner is tonight, at the Club. I want to thank the wonderful Golf Staff, and all of the many fantastic golfers, that participated in the even. Such fun

My attempt at the no-bake Oreo layered pudding dessert with lemon Oreos and lemon pudding. Recipe and alt text above. I hope it works. I made the pudding before looking at the amount of milk I was supposed to put in. Recipe calls for 1 cup, pudding box calls for 2cups of milk. I hope it sets right!

Now that's obscure!!! I like the grandma made lemon bars.
Pillsbury flour sunburst lemon bars. Base 1 cup flour 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 cup margarine or butter softened. Combine. Beat at low speed till crumbly. Press into ungreased 13 by 9 inch pan. Bake at 350° 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Filling 4 eggs slightly beaten 2 cups sugar 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup lemon juice. Combine all except lemon juice. Blend well. Stirring lemon juice. Pour filling over warm base. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or till top is light golden brown. Cool 1 hour or till completely cooled. Glaze. . 1 cup powdered sugar 2-3 to tablespoons lemon juice. Combine, use enough juice till till glazing, consistency. Glaze bars. Optional, sprinkle powdered sugar over bars.

Christmas time is great because you can shout "DON'T COME IN HERE!" and people will think you are wrapping presents. When you just want to drink wine in peace and not share your chocolates with anyone.
