Today I worked a Scholatic book fair and the most drama was someone who couldn't find a journal shaped like a llama until the librarian located another in a box. The horrors i tell you 😅

Sci Fi dystopian futurism from the inside of a separatist movement with time bending and aliens and I can't spoil it but hard recommend

Hey #knitting ppl - help me decide what to work on next! I've never done colorwork and both of these just use 2 colors (left is w variegated yarn). Right one says you CUT IT at the center after knitting round?! I'm afraid! Can't decide.
Two knitting patterns: Calypso sweater a top down yoke sweater with colorwork at neck. And Helle Siggerd vest, a hobbity looking snug fit buttoned vest w deep v.

I'm using a "vintage" (ie it was my mom's as a teen) pattern right now to make my kid a pirate blouse and it feels so much more precious knowing this.
