A wonderful visit yesterday to Abertridwr, Senghenydd to learn about the village , its mining history and its Welsh quilters from the lovely @abertridwr star who was so generous with her time and knowledge .

Take time to stop and smell the roses. We saw so many birds, flowers and butterflies on the Southwest Coastal Path today. We heard white throats, dunnocks, bluetits, chiff chaffs, pheasants, skylarks, wood pigeons, goldfinches… #soutwestcoastal , #birdsong
