Ah. Thanks. Risotto is something I would genuinely like to master. Family said no after last four attempts. Any advice on stock/rice ratio? Following quantities on back of rice packet did not lead to good results.

But how do you make risotto that doesn't come out as a claggy mess? Which is my experience, despite many attempts.

Proper black forest cake. Would have to use frozen cherries, but they're ok soaked in booze.

Harveys Sussex best bitter. Proper beer from a proper brewery. Recommended.
