I found one of my daughters old art pieces from highschool....
I work in a dementia unit which is really hard work but so very rewarding. It was so lovely to receive flowers from a family member yesterday. A kind and beautiful gesture. It's the small things that keep you moving forward.....

I'd say that anxiety has been the worst perimenopause symptom for me. Add on top of that everything going on in our country right now...my anxiety is out of control. I can't shut my brain off at night and it just spirals. HRT has helped with the other symptoms but the anxiety still gets me.

Perimenopause absolutely sucks. But somehow I manage to get through each day...
