AI companies should go under and financially wipe out VCs. exec's should go to prison for putting systems into the world that were instrumental in numerous suicides without any consideration for those risks. there should be consequences for experimenting on the public on roads and in social settings

tech companies & executives are not scared enough of the consequences of harming people. they know they're ultimately very insulated from the blowback for wildly reckless experiments on people; that makes for a very unhealthy environment that we need to fix now

Completely beyond why people try to defend Labour record on treatment of asylum seekers. They are awful.
They have done terrible things the Tories never even thought of, like denying any refugee who came here through irregular means from EVER becoming a citizen & ENDING FAMILY REUNIFICATION. demons.

Completely beyond why people try to defend Labour record on treatment of asylum seekers. They are awful.

And unless govt removes/reduces peoples ability to choose between those alternatives, then I'd expect people taking physical option to be far more than typical group of "digitally excluded".
There's no need to have this ID at all times & some people will simply not want ID, or app, in their phone
